Conferred with a Degree in Business Management by California State University Fresno. Founded Mikes Mow-N-Edge in 1980. The business was incorporated in 1985. Responsible Managing Employee on California State License Board Contractors License 550871. Is a pesticide applicator certified by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation QAC # 28540 Is a certified pesticide trainer in California and Arizona # 5555 Founded the American Institute of Pesticide Training in 03/09 see AIPTraining.com. Raul Arellano
Raul Arellano, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Arellano Joined Mow-n-Edge in late 2015. He brings 23yrs+ experience in IT and recently worked in the pharmacy software management industry for the last 9 years. As the CTO for Mow-N-Edge, he is responsible for day operations of all technical aspects of the company. Part of his responsibilities is to identify new opportunities in this digital age and contribute a good portion of his time to R&D. Raul participates in management decisions for the company and also monitors technology and social trends that could it impact Mow-N-Edge. When Raul is not engaged with a project at Mow-N-Edge, he likes to go for motorcycle rides or play a round of golf at a local public course or maybe grill a BBQ feast for his family and kids.

Chris Pollard
Chris Pollard, Operations Manager

Mr. Pollard started his career at Mow-N-Edge in 2014 as our operations manager. Chris oversees both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it. Other Job responsibilities for Chris include meeting with clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for the project. Other job duties include estimating costs and negotiating prices. Chris supervise our employees which involves scheduling work crews, planning daily work activities, and makes sure the work being done with quality. Chris is also responsible for training employees, especially on safety procedures when large equipment or hazardous materials are involved. When Chris is not busy working at Mow-N-Edge, he likes to spend time with family & kids, reading, cooking and sleeping.
